We have just returned from our Honeymoon and the Real Bella Vista was fabulous. The rooms were clean and provided us with everything we needed, the staff were lovely and the facilities were great. The bus service was really good as the hotel is in a quiet spot but it is easy to get to shops, resturants and bars. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as it made our Honeymoon really special. Thank you to the staff (Jose and Jorge especially) who made our stay so memorable.
We have just returned from a week at the Real Bellavista Hotel - it was an absolute pleasure! The room was great with a cool balcony - needed in the very hot weather; the food was great with plenty of interesting choices; the pool was just right - you could be in sun or shade at any hour of the day as you wanted to be; the local supermarket was excellent - but, the staff were fabulous - courteous, amusing, keen to practice their English, flexible and clearly very proud to be working at the Bellavista! Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!
Dear Sirs We have just returned for a really fabulous break with a stay at the above hotel. I must commend the service I received from all your staff (including catering staff) for a wonderful break. Check in was excellent and I was very impressed that we were able to check in at 11 am rather than 1pm as I had envisaged. The hotel room was indeed magnificent. I am not too sure whether we received an upgrade from the premium room that I had booked as the room was extremely large and the view from the superb curved shaped balcony was excellent. The hotel was spotless and the sauna, swimming pool, changing rooms and spa were very clean. We had a wonderful break and will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to anyone. Best wishes.
